1. Send your “DIY Graphics” / Photos to us for printing quality checking: Whatsapp:+852 6908 1157 /
2. Receive a T-Shirt/ Tote Bag Mockup for the Printing Confirmation
3. Confirm the Mockup and Settle the Payment
4. Pickup the products at our office or We can deliver the Personalized T-Shirt / Tote Bag to the local address provided with “extra postage fee”

We deliver to Hong Kong, Macau, China, Taiwan, U.S.A using Hong Kong Post or SF Express services. All our T-Shirts / Tote bags are produced when you order them, not from stock. We aim to dispatch your purchase within 7 days after payment settled.

International Delivery

International deliveries are sent using Hong Kong Post – Speedpost or DHL. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched .  If you do not receive your tracking number, please contact us at +852 6908 1157  or

Postage is charged at cost at checkout and is calculated by weight and destination. Please visit for full details of postage costs to your country.


We accept Bank Transfer Payment, we will send you the order information and bank account for the money transfer. We also offer PayPal / Credit Card (Visa / Master) as our payment gateway, which supports credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and etc. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE AN EXISTING PAYPAL MEMBER TO USE ITS SERVICE. When you check out, you have the option of paying through PayPal using your credit card in a safe way without signing up as a member.

Cancellation & Return

Our T shirts are printed on demand, we do not accept cancellation of order or change of size once payment is confirmed. Return for replacement is acceptable only for wrong or defective T shirt received. In such case, please inform our customer service within 7 days upon receipt of T shirts. Please observe the following conditions:

  1. Email to customer service:;

  2. Email subject: Request for replacement — your order number;

  3. Attach a clear photo of the defects with description in the email sent to customer service;

  4. UD2P hangtag must be intact on T shirt;

  5. T shirt must NOT be worn or used or washed.

You may return the T shirt only upon confirmation from our customer service. Replacement will be sent to the original shipping address within 7 days after receipt of the returned T shirt.
